A self-defence training camp was organised at Mount Carmel High School recently by Deepak Dubey and his team of Mission Prahar. Grand Master Shifuji, world’s best commando trainee, enlightened the students. The session of self-defence started on 14thDecember and continued till 20th December. All the students from class V to XII were a part of this self-empowering and self-boosting training. This training not only taught defence to the Carmelites but has also trained up their mind, built up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Girls were also taught how to act in a particular situation.Students were also taught self-defence with easily accessible items like students ID card, hair clip, pen and bangle.
