CBSE 2016- Class 12 result to be declared before class 10, hence going by to its old tradition. Originally, it was decided that class 10 result would be declared between May 20 and 24 and class 12 between May 26 and 30.
A senior official has confirmed that the evaluation has been completed and they are editing results. “It means we are looking for discrepancies and data entry errors. Class XII results are, therefore, nearly ready while we are still awaiting data of class X from the schools. So, we’re trying to announce the results by May 24.” Around 11lakh candidates registered for class XII exams this year and about 15 lakh registered for class X.
