The four-day extravaganza of NSS Hill Spring fest 2016- Uniting the World through Performing Artscame to an end as students put up spectacular performances.

‘East meets West’ was the theme for the Day 1. The gamut of energy in the campus was infectious. Day one saw music maestros taking charge of the stage and sharing their musical knowledge to curious students, many of whom seemed like budding musicians. Panellists Pt. Ajay Pohankar, Abhijeet Pohankar, Salim Merchant and I D Rao spoke to the students and shared facts about the different genres of music ranging from Indian classical to Western rock.Even fusion music was a part of the discussion and how it has become a popular cultural phenomena in India and preferred by the new generation over the classical form.The day ended with Sonu Nigam performing on stage.

Day 2 comprised Sandeep Soparrkar and Pandit Deepak Mazumdar exhibiting and demonstrating different dance forms. Right from international classical dance to Bharatnatyam was showcased.

Day 3
witnessed a panel discussion that focused on art and varied forms. Hill Spring International School used this platform to enlighten the audience about the importance of art amongst the students. Sunidhi Chauhan took over the stage next and rocked the evening with her latest hits.

A four day long annual celebration at Hill Spring International School came to an end on Day 4. Each day was dedicated to a region in India thus exhibiting national integrity. The students of Hill Spring International School also exhibited their creativity in a fashion show choreographed by Lubna Adams. The students did not just walked the ramp with models but were also a part of the designing team. The students designed the prints on the stoles and dupattas. The annual event provided scores of opportunities to students to interact with experts in the field of music, dance and art.
