Along with lessons on valour and courage of Shivaji Maharaj, the Balbharati class IV textbooks will also have lessons on Maratha warrior’s management skills.The Balbharati textbooks to be issued in the forthcoming academic year 2016-17 will have an eight-page chapter on Shivaji’s nature and water conservation practices, said state education minister Vinod Tawde at the golden jubilee celebrations of Balbharati. Tawde also announced that Balbharati textbooks will not be available in the e-learning format because classrooms are getting digitized.
