R Karthika, a student of Bishop Francis Matriculation School, Coimbatore was declared the State topper with 499 out of 500. She used to watch her parents toil night and day and sacrifice several things to pay her school fee. Her parent’s effort finally paid off. Her parents always wanted her daughter to study well and get a good career for herself so that she can lead a good lifestyle unlike them.
