IDTR: The Institute of Driving Training and Research had recently conducted a session for school students and trained them on road signs, driving test and safe driving practices. The two-hour session was for school students aged between 15 and 18. The IDTR also plans to conduct tests and competitions for students to refresh their knowledge. Working under the Union government and ministry of road transport, IDTR is the only institute in the statewith advanced driving tracks to conduct training and testing of driver’s skills. The tracks are sensor based having software to generate accurate results of testing.
