Kala Utsav is an initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development which is designed to promote our Living Traditions of Arts by bringing together over 1400 students from all 36 States and Union Territories o present Indian culture in the form of Dance, Music, Theatre and Visual Art. Kala Utsav 2015 is based on the theme ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ and will be held on 11th December 2015 at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.
