Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan held its Foundation Day and Regional Incentive Award ceremony for the meritorious staff of the Chennai Region on 20th January 2016. Director of IIT Madras was the Chief Guest. Seventeen employees were honoured with the award which had a cash prize of 5000/-, a citation and a shawl. National Awardees, National Incentive Awardees and Innovation and Experimentation awardees KVS Chennai region who received their awards from President and HRD Minister were also honoured. The chief guest congratulated all the awardees for their commitment and enthusiasm.
