MVM Group of Schools celebrated their silver jubilee and this year being the silver jubilee of MVM Group of Schools, Maharishi School of Excellence, Thiruverkkadu was selected to host the Maharishi National Cultural Celebration. This cultural event was inaugurated by the Governor of Tamil Nadu, Dr. K Rosaiah. The Governor of Tamil Nadu lauded efforts of the MVM Group in imparting life supporting education to more than one lakh students on the ideals of “Education for Enlightenment”
Vidhya Matric. Hr. Sec. School, Medavakkam conducted their 31st Annual Sports meet at Quaide Milleth College grounds. US Rajan, Inspector of Police, Pallikarani, declared the sports meet open. The students displayed multi-faceted talents from march past, track & field events and colourful cultural events.
