Presenting a unique musical `Tolerance -a dance and drama cultural extravaganza’, the students of Abhyasa International School wowed the audience with their skill at the annual cultural night -Hemanth Utsav 2016. It was the highlight of a night that also witnessed the presentation of Gold medals to student achievers in class X and class XII board examinations that were held in March, 2015. There was also an investiture ceremony of the school captain and the student management team.

The dance and drama creatively touched upon pressing issues that are under discussion in civil society these days. The event had all 400 students of the school participating. This was testimony to the school’s policy of `No Child Left Behind’. The play talked about ideas like politics without principles and how politicians too should be made accountable for breaking promises. The idea of education without character portrayed how education without character is useless and how intolerance in society is a reflection of the lack of character. Stressing on the need to live in peace and harmony with each other, the students showed how science without humanity can be detrimental to society. As the drama went on, students performed dances in colourful costumes that reflected the various topics that the play was touching upon.
