Yuva Kalyan Department along with Mamata Banerjee, Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal conducts West Bengal Rajya Chhatra Yuva Utsav 2015-16. The District level will be conducted from 20-23rd December 2015and the State level will be conducted from 2nd to 4th January 2016.
